This is the second part of an introductory physics course for scientists and engineers. The emphasis will be on the physics of electric and magnetic fields with a short excursion to classical optics.

Pre-requisite is PHYS 231N/226N and  co-requisite is MATH 211.

Lectures are held three times a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00 until 10:50 in Room 100 of the Oceanography and Physics Building (OCNPS).

Students have to enroll in a mandatory laboratory section. Information can be found on the Laboratory Information page.
