The Camera vs The Eye

Pictures are frequently used to 'confirm' claims of the paranormal, such as ghosts, fairies and UFOs.  The images here have been chosen to demonstrate how, by manipulating only exposure and basic filters, bogus images can be generated.

The camera in all of these photographs was in normal working condition and none of the pictures shown here have been altered, either during or after development.
