From the North: Take I64E to the I564/Terminal Blvd exit (it is exit 276 or 278). The exit will put you on I564. Stay in the right lane and take the 1st exit onto Terminal Blvd. At the 3rd light on Terminal Blvd, turn left onto Hampton Blvd. Drive down Hampton Blvd. to 43rd Street (the 9th traffic light). Turn right onto 43rd Street, the entrance to the University. The Parking Garage will be on your right about 1/4 mile down 43rd Street. A parking pass must be obtained from Parking Services (located on the ground floor of the parking garage) to park on campus. Alternatively, you may park in the metered spaces inside the parking garage for $2. The Oceanography-Physics Building (OCNPS) is just North of the parking garage.

BuildingsFrom Virginia Beach: Take I264W to the Waterside Drive exit in Norfolk. Follow Waterside Drive through a lot of traffic lights to Brambleton Ave. Turn left on Brambleton. Follow Brambleton Ave to Hampton Blvd and turn right on Hampton. Drive down Hampton to 43rd St (about 3 miles). (The streets are numbered starting at about 20th street.) Turn left onto 43rd Street, the entrance to the University. The Parking Garage will be on your right about 1/4 mile down 43rd Street. A parking pass must be obtained from Parking Services (located on the ground floor of the parking garage) to park on campus. Alternatively, you may park in the metered spaces inside the parking garage for $2. The Oceanography-Physics Building (OCNPS) is just North of the parking garage.
From the South and West: Take I-85 North or I-95 North to Route 58 East. Follow Route 58 East through the Midtown Tunnel in Portsmouth. Bear left out of the tunnel onto Hampton Blvd. Follow Hampton Blvd. to 43rd Street (4 traffic lights, about 3 miles). Turn left onto 43rd Street, the entrance to the University. The Parking Garage will be on your right about 1/4 mile down 43rd Street. A parking pass must be obtained from Parking Services (located on the ground floor of the parking garage) to park on campus.
